Work of Aazdine LAMOURI in the Research Team Molécular Pharmacochemistry is centered on the design, organic synthesis and Structure-Activity Relationship of compounds having an interesting biological activity. These molecules are supposed active on polymerization, aggregation and misfolding inhibition of the amyloids: phenomenon implied in the Alzheimer disease and also found in other pathologies.
